Working of digital camera's: 

Coming to the point digital camera working, all digital cameras are designed to have an in-built computer and they record image electronically. All the digital camera images are represents in the form of 1s and 0s. This representation is also called as pixels and group of pixels will form a picture or image. To have a digital picture stored in camera, it captures the light waves and then converting to pixels and storing them in the memory module associated in the camera.

The digital cameras will have a CCD (charge coupled device) or CMOS (complementary metal oxide semiconductor); these devices convert the light waves in to electrons.

Pixel value:

Coming to the pixel value of the camera, if you decide to buy a digital camera the first thing you should consider is about the pixel value. Now-a-days there are more than 20x pixel strength camera’s are available. But for a personal use you can buy a 7 x or 8 x digital cameras. This pixel actually defines the resolution of the camera. The resolution is nothing but the amount of details a picture can have.
